Swan Valley (The Swan Valley) - the wonderful world of a 25-minute drive from the center of Perth. Here you can find titled wineries, dine at fine restaurants, listen to fascinating stories, admire local art and participate in various events - and all this against the backdrop of stunning scenery.

The best way to feel the soul of the Swan Valley - is to go to 32-kilometer-long Wine Road to visit the excellent wineries, breweries, restaurants, cafes and market stalls with fresh fruits and vegetables.

The indigenous inhabitants of the valley are considered natives of the tribe niungar (nyoongar), who came here at least 40 thousand years ago. They believe that one day, during the creation of the world, the mythical snake crawled Vagula here and left behind a trail - the valley through which the river flowed Swan.

Today, Swan Valley is considered the oldest wine region in Western Australia. Here are the vineyards that produce one of the best wines in the world, such as Verdelho and Shiraz. No less famous and the brewery, where you can try the products immediately after cooking.

In the town of Guildford are beautifully restored buildings of historical and cultural value, through which you can look into the past and learn how to live the first European settlers of these places.
