Kemi is located in the Evangelical Lutheran Church, built in neo-Gothic style by Josef Stenbeck in 1902. The building is made of red brick, not only attracts the eyes with their beauty, but also enough capacity - up to 1,000 people. A large crucifix in the church is impressive.
Excellent acoustics allows visitors to fully enjoy the concerts of spiritual and classical music are held here throughout the year. Outside the church is a huge war memorial. The bell tower of the church serves as a good reference point for both locals and sailors.
