Supetar - the biggest settlement on the island of Brac, numbering 3,500 inhabitants. It is located in the center of the island. One of the main attractions of the village is the church of the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary, dating from the 18th century. Adjacent to the church building, such as Leroy (tower with a clock) and Church museum, at the entrance of which is the statue of St. Peter's statue of Victor work Yakicha. Inside the church is an altar dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary and the saints, the work of a local artist Tyrone Felix (1722 - 1808), and the organ, made by Peter Nakisom in 1737.

The current church building was built on the foundations of an early Christian basilica dedicated to St. Peter, who Supetar and owes its name.

The white dome of the mausoleum of the family Petrinovich built in neo-Byzantine style, rises above the village of Supetar. The mausoleum is located in the cemetery next to the church of St. Nicholas. Next to it is a sarcophagus and two early Christian period. Many of the tombstones in the cemetery are the work of sculptor Ivan Rendika (1849-1932): the Pieta on the grave Mihovilya Franasovicha, the monument at the grave of Rinaldo Gulich and family mausoleum Radnich.

Church of San Martin, built in the 18th century, is located on the central square. On the outskirts of Supetar is the church of St. Luke, dating from abroad 11-12 centuries.

Supetar is surrounded mainly olive groves and vineyards, in contrast from the rest of the island of Brac, rocky and almost devoid of vegetation.
