The building of the State Bank located in Kamenetz-Podolsk, although it can not compete on a more ancient and famous old buildings, however, it rightly ranks among the city's attractions. Suffice it to mention the fact that this is the first building that was erected in the new plan - the historic part of the city, which began to be built rapidly in the second half of the nineteenth century.

It was here, after the old town and the new plan joined the bridge, called simply - Novoplanovskim and was built this building. In fact, the building of the State Bank consists of two buildings - the bank and located just above the house, specially erected for the employees of the bank, who lived in it, and (there is now scientific library). The main building is formed in an L-shaped form, in which the bank was located, and is decorated with rustication risalits imitating stonework. The main entrance is decorated with a triangular pediment and columns, and southwest hid under a covered terrace with a balustrade. Despite the fact that the building is not new, however, it is still used for its intended purpose, and reliability can not be doubted, as a bank cut directly into the rock cellars, whose depth exceeds ten meters.
