The result was just wonderful entertainment complex that includes a hotel with 57 well-appointed rooms, several offices, a cafe and a restaurant, wine cellar, billiard room, club room and so on.

The first guest of the Grand Hotel was the first Czech president Tomas Masaryk. He stopped here May 30, 1931, and spent the night in the suite. It is not known whether the owner podgadat opening of the complex for the visit of the president, or it was an accident, but now the Grand hotel was forever inscribed in the history of the city and the country.
