On a small patch Pisetskaya between the mountains and the river Vltava is located the village Albrechtice nad Vltavou, known for its Romanesque church, standing in the midst of an unusual cemetery. Probably, this cemetery can be called the main attraction of the village. Neat rows of monuments here are set low with a rounded top, the entire facade of which is decorated with colorful frescoes. And monuments painted by craftsmen. No picture on these chapels repeats another. As for the sites often choose religious themes.
The cemetery appeared at the village Albrechtice nad Vltavou at the end of the XII century. Then the temple was built, and Saints Peter and Paul. Nave building with high rectangular turret for previous years has undergone minor changes, so now the temple in Albrechtice is considered one of the most interesting Romanesque churches throughout the Czech Republic. In the XIX century the church repaired, but the layout is almost unchanged.
For the first time a local church is mentioned in 1360. By the time the village Albrechtice nad Vltavou was already well known. Historians believe that in addition to the Romanesque church, there existed vast feudal lands. Unfortunately, up to now we have not been preserved manor estate and other buildings. It is believed that their place was erected Castle County or Uezdets. He was considered a utility room royal castle Zvíkov. At the end of the XVI century, this village owned by the Knights of Odrazhshti Kestrzhan. Some members of this genus are buried in the church of Saints Peter and Paul.
