First building constructed advisor saline control P.I.Ivanovym in 1810s by architect V.I.Suranova, used as a dwelling. In 1837, the mansion stayed arrived in Saratov heir Tsarevich Alexander with his entourage, which included poet V.I.Zhukovsky, a close friend of Alexander Pushkin.
