Manor Museum MA Sholokhov Vyoshenskaya in the village - it is Russia's only museum of the writer, is the property of the state. The museum was founded in 1984 and is located in the building where once lived the family Sholokhov. The uniqueness of the museum is that it exhibits remain intact, and allow plunge into the atmosphere, which did Sholokhov, imagine how he lived from youth to middle age.

The building of the estate was built in the postwar period and a two-storey house. On the ground floor is a guest room, foot room, a refectory, where a dinner held during the entire family. On the second floor - living room with large windows and balconies, special room to prepare for the hunting entertainment, as well as the writer's workroom, where he worked on the texts of his novels and short stories.

Near the manor house - a large garden where the family cemetery is also posted. Here lies Sholokhov and his wife. On the estate there is a garage for cars, where there was an exhibition of machinery, which at the time enjoyed the Sholokhov. There is also a utility room and an extension for the Russian stove.

Every year, in late spring, the museum full of guests from different regions of Russia and other countries who come to the festival, dedicated MA Sholokhov. It works by Sholokhov relevant to this day.
