Not far from the flat descent starts transverse plityanaya "wall mayor Boris", which was built in 1309. This wall protects the city from the famous river Pskov and coming to the Church of Peter and Paul to buoy set in the same place during the reign of Grand Duke Dovmont. To have survived is evidence that shortly before the death of the prince in 1299, to the city of Pskov unexpected troops approached the German knights who brutally destroyed the surrounding monasteries, including Snetogorsky and Mirozhsky. So far it is not known exactly what exactly was the temple of Peter and Paul, who was a real character and evidence of Pskov victory over the German knights in the late 18th century. Even stone temple with Peter and Paul Bui was built not far from the destroyed wooden church in 1373; in 1540 the church was radically rebuilt. It was the last stone Peter and Paul Temple survives today, having undergone certain alterations and restructuring.

Konchanskoe Peter and Paul Church in modern times plays an important and prominent role in the compositional and architectural appearance of the area. Another four or five centuries ago, the church bushel looked a little higher, because the cultural layer reaches a sufficiently large thickness.

Especially monumental and solemn temple looked from Crom, but still more by the Zapskove, although we can not say that the temple is characterized by a large and impressive size. Recently, the results of work of the restorers has recovered some of the temple.

As for the domestic component of the church, it is possible to emphasize that it was rather peculiar. Peter and Paul Church had in the northwest and southwest corners of the principal amount of the tent, which served as small chapels, joined wooden choir. In summary, we can say that Peter and Paul Church with Bui is a type Konchanskoe churches and markedly different from the traditional ornaments characteristic of Pskov, namely a kind of ceramic belt, located on the drum, as well as hramozdannoy inscription.

In 2006, restoration work was completed in the temple, and on July 12 the same year the church was consecrated, after which the church became applicable.
