He oversaw the creation of complex national artist sculptor Andrei Bembel Onufrievich. In creating memorial was also attended by the sculptor A. Artimovich, architects O. Stakhovich and L. Mitskevich, engineer B. Laptsevich.

Barrow Memorial crowned four bayonets height of 35, 6 meters. Four bayonet - a symbol of four Soviet fronts, surrounded fascist grouping. Bayonets share a common ring with bas-reliefs of Soviet soldiers and partisans. On the inner side of the ring mosaic, which carried the inscription: "the Soviet Army, Army-liberator - thanks! ".
