Source Ferdinand is one of the oldest and most famous springs resort Marianske Lazne. To enjoy its brackish water, which is used to treat diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, and diseases associated with metabolic disorders, it is necessary to go to the outskirts of Marianske Lazne - the suburb Ushovitse. There on the street English is the colonnade, which bears the name of Ferdinand I, - strict construction in the traditional classical style. This colonnade was built one of the first and survives to this day almost unchanged.

Source Ferdinand was found in 1819. He was on the uncomfortable, wetlands. Access to it was limited: he had to go around the marshes, so the road took a lot of time.
