On the street Russian in Marianske Lazne, many tourists are frozen at a loss before the neat red brick church, which is made in the traditional English style. A neat house with a red tile roof and a large rose window, probably expect to see somewhere in the Scottish or Welsh village, but certainly not in the Czech Republic. The appearance here of the Anglican Church is a testament to the fact that Marianske Lazne has been for centuries considered a planetary scale resort and a favorite holiday destination for people of different nationalities and religions.

A small Anglican church was built in Marianske Lazne at the expense of a resident of Albion - Mrs. Scott of-Rawdon, a noble lady who has lost at this resort, and her husband with the help of the construction of the temple of God he decided to perpetuate his memory .  In 1867, it presents a city of 12 thousand gold, which was enough to start construction .  The project of the church was engaged in a famous architect William Burgess, who lived and worked in London .  This small church was his latest creation .  He supervised the construction of the temple in person Friedrich Zikler - another architect and architect who has devoted much of his time working on the architectural objects in Marianske Lazne .  I was no exception and the Anglican Church .  It was built very quickly, but after a while began to repair and complete construction almost beyond recognition by changing the original purpose of the two geniuses .  From the construction of those years have survived several interior, including the chair for the priest and the board on which is engraved with information about visiting the temple by King Edward VII of Great Britain .  Now the building of the church is used for concerts .
