Leaning Tower "Capital Gate" - is one of the main architectural attractions of Abu Dhabi. The developer and owner of one of the tallest and most famous skyscrapers of the city was the company Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC). The project was designed by the architectural firm RMJM. In English the name of the tower means "the gates of the capital."

Building Leaning Tower started in 2007 and ended in 2011. The building has a total of thirty-five floors.
