Palazzo and Palazzo Giusti - a luxurious palace and park complex, spread out on a hillside at the eastern outskirts of Verona, a few meters from Piazza Isola and a 10-minute walk from the amphitheater. Constructed in the late 16th-century palace has a classic U-shape, which has been traditional for the country estates of the era. It is named after the Tuscan Giusti family, who moved to Verona in the 15th century. At the end of the 16th century, a scion of the family, Prince Agostino Giusti and became the founder of the villa and garden, received the all-European fame. Unfortunately, the architect of this creation is unknown.

The extensive gardens landscaped around the Palazzo in 1580, consists of a multitude of terraces and gazebos .  Despite the fact that in its history, it was altered many times (the last remodeling was carried out in 1930), today Palazzo Giusti is considered one of the most beautiful examples of landscape architecture in Italy .  On its territory you can see a fountain with figures of dolphins and a fountain of red marble, antique statues and unique stone Mascheroni, standing on top of a hill and once erupted from their bowels fire .  The oldest part of the park, dating back to the 14th century and having a regular geometric shape, is located near the fountains and surrounded by rows of cypresses .  In the western part of the park is 4 square beds, surrounded by alleys of trees .  It is here that stands a fountain with dolphins rise pagan statue of Minerva and the figure of Apollo .  The eastern part of the park is divided into only two areas .  In the first, divided into 4 triangular flower beds, installed a small fountain in red Verona marble, and the second is the hedge maze, designed in 1786 and is today one of the few remaining in the province of Veneto .  Palazzo Giusti had seen in his lifetime many famous visitors wandering in admiration for his alleys - Goethe, Cosimo de Medici III, Mozart, Emperor Alexander I and other .  And today, here like walking Verona residents and numerous tourists, who from the top of the garden and offer stunning views of the city and its environs .
