Loutra Edipsou - lovely resort town on the northern coast of the beautiful Greek island of Evia (Euboea). In Greek the name literally translates as "bathing Oedipus." Actually, thanks to Loutra Edipsou located near the hot springs (there are more than 80), the water temperature ranges from 28 to 86 degrees, the village got its name. To get to Loutra Edipsou is quite simple, as there is a regular bus service to the city of Halkis (the administrative center of Evia). You can also take a taxi or take the ferry from the port of Arkitsa, located on the mainland (Fthiotida, Greece).
