Spa house - building, located on the pier in Sopot, together with the adjacent Sheraton hotel forms the multifunctional commercial complex. Spa house covers an area of ​​10105 square meters, it is located in the spa center, conference center, shopping center, restaurants and bars, as well as underground parking. In the nearest future the opening of the pump-room of mineral waters and an art gallery.

The first such building was constructed in Sopot even in 1824. The one-storey building gradually expanded, it opened a hotel and a ballroom. In 1879 it began the construction of the spa at the place where today the Spa house. However, in 1909 the building was demolished, and in its place has begun construction of a third building designed by the architect Karl Weber from Gdansk. The official opening took place on June 16, 1910. The hotel has a casino as well as a ballroom and a gourmet restaurant. Spa house lasted until the end of the Second World War, when in 1945, after the occupation by the Red Army in Sopot, the building was looted and set on fire. After the transfer of the city to the Polish authorities, Spa house and was not restored until the beginning of the 21st century.

In 2006 found an investor, who started the construction of four holiday homes. The architectural style was largely borrowed from its predecessor, which was built in the early twentieth century. Inauguration of the holiday homes on July 1, 2009.
