Pyatisotakrovy Park Yamacha of Haskovo built by architect Valentin Atanasov and Boris Georgiev in the period from 1958 to 1970. and it is located in the southern part of the city high in the hills of the Eastern Rhodopes. There is also the city stadium, playground, outdoor pool.
From the center of the park offers a beautiful view of the city and its surroundings. Visitors here can admire the great forests of pine trees, planting acacia trees, red oaks, ash trees. The work to care for vegetation attended not only by experts, but many citizens and businesses of the city - it speaks of the importance of the role played by the park Yamacha in the life of this Bulgarian town. Interesting fact: The park is located at the beginning of a monument to the Virgin Mary is included in the Guinness Book of Records as the tallest statue of the Virgin Mary in the world.
