The city of Olomouc you can see a lot of interesting buildings that were built in different styles, which, however, are successfully combined with each other. These include buildings and elegant building Primavesi villa, built in the style of Viennese Secession. According to the British tradition of a villa built in the cozy park, so it is their appearance is somewhat reminiscent of the pavilions, which are completely natural fit into the natural landscape. Some of the design details of the villa designed in the style of Prague baroque. Thus, we see an unusual structure, the decor of which can be found elements belonging to different architectural styles.

To work on the villa were invited architects from Vienna - W. von Krauss and J. only. Future house intended for local banker Primavesi family. Otto Primavesi - a very successful man - was madly in love with his own wife, Eugenia, so indulge it in every way. Villa in a luxurious park, lying on a hill above the town, was another gift of a loving spouse. The house was built in the shortest possible time, and in 1906 the new owners have settled in it, trying to make as comfortable as possible. The main room in the mansion had a huge living room with a beautiful carved staircase and an impressive fireplace, where a fire is often diluted.

Up until 1918 is decorated villa. Its halls are gradually filled with the most valuable works of art. Due to personal friendship with Otto Primavesi famous artist Gustav Klimt, the mansion has several of his paintings. Basically, they were portraits of family members.
