In the early 19 century. inherited the estate was famous Russian educator, diplomat, translator, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences and a descendant of the hetman D. Apostol - IM Muraviev-Apostol. Following the resignation of Ivan Muravyov-Apostol Khomutets he moved to the village, where the revived and streamlined family estate. His sons - Matthew, Hippolytus and Sergey were active participants in the Decembrist movement.
The two-storey central part of the palace, the U-shaped connecting passages with side wings, forms a U-shape. On the part of the park facade placed terrace-balcony with stairs that led to the pond with islands. The park is 77 hectares.
