Sculpture fountain called "Flirt with umbrella" is set in Kaluga, in the city park of culture and recreation.
The emergence of "Flirt with umbrella" Kaluga owes Mayor Makarov Mikhail Antonovich, who organized the construction of the square in front rows of seating round cast iron bowl to collect the water. The grand opening of the fountain, donated kaluzhane mayor of the city, took place 16 August 1807.

According to legend, the statue of the girl-coquette brought from Italy, one of the Kaluga merchants.
Girl with umbrella decorating the parks until the autumn of 1941, but during the occupation of Kaluga Nazis disappeared. In the years 1960-70 in the upper bowl of the fountain in the Russian winter festival is held traditionally burned an effigy of Winter.
