Shubin House - the oldest wooden building in Irkutsk. The building was built in the XVIII century. and today it is an architectural monument of federal significance. The house was named, supposedly in honor of its owner - a local tradesman Shubin.

House Shubin - a wooden building, made in the style of a traditional plan of Irkutsk. The owners of the building in the twentieth century. brought a unique home to the degraded state. Old homestead for several years, was boarded. In August 2012 the mansion by a court seized with the owner, and in December 2012 it was sold at auction to a private company, has assumed an obligation to restore the house and keep it in the proper form.
