Dudhsagar Waterfall is located on the reserve Bhagwan Mahavir, which is located in the state of Goa, about 60 kilometers from the administrative center of North Goa - Panaji. Dudhsagar among the hundred of the highest waterfalls in the world, and is one of the most important attractions of Goa. It is a multilevel system with a total length of about 603 meters and a height of 310 meters.
This natural wonder has been called Dudhsagar which literally translates as "ocean of milk", because of the color of the water, which seems to milky white. According to legend, in the jungle waterfall is located on the site of the palace, where she was a princess. She loved to swim in the lake nearby, and after swimming drank sweet milk from a golden pitcher.
