Valdisotto - a popular ski resort situated at 1,200 meters above sea level, 55 km from the town of Sondrio. Its territory resides about 3, 5 thousand people.

Valdisotto, located in the so-called Bassa Valtellina region is a kind of gateway to the mountainous landscape of Bormio. Solid wood, covering the bottom of the valley and the slopes of the mountains, crossed by numerous picturesque trails leading to pastures and an observation deck, which offers breathtaking views. The area includes the tiny village of Valdisotto Chapin, Og, Piatti, Piazza Santa Lucia and Tola. The most famous is Chapin, located a few kilometers from Bormio, in the valley of the river Adda.

Valdisotto the winter turns into a prestigious ski resort. You can slide down from the slopes of Monte Vallachetta (300 meters), and Bormio 200 Quick (1580 m). Numerous hotels are always ready to receive visitors, and the restaurant serves local specialties. A few kilometers from Valdisotto you can do other sports - tennis, swimming, horseback riding, ice skating and mountain tourism.

In summer, the entire territory of Valdisotto - an ideal place for hiking and mountain biking on the mountain slopes of Monte Vallachetta and Chimi Piazzi. Another popular form of summer recreation for children and adults is a kart - the pleasure is combined with absolute safety. In nearby Bormio there are nine golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pool, basketball court and playground for beach volleyball.
