Cathedral of St. Ignatius of Loyola - a historic building in neo-Gothic style, also known as the Cathedral Xujiahui. Cathedral is located in Shanghai, and since 1950 he is the cathedral of the diocese of Shanghai. The construction of this building was occupied by the French Jesuit monks in the late XIX century. The author of the project was architect William Doyle. Cathedral was consecrated in honor of St. Ignatius of Loyola - the founder of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits).

Its present appearance of the Cathedral acquired in 1910. During his long life, the cathedral has undergone many changes.
