42 meter statue of the deity Murugan - the new landmark of Malaysia. It is the largest religious sculpture. It is located in the capital of Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur represents the Hindu god Murugan (Lord Murugan). The height of the statue covered with gold paint is 42, 7 m. The sculpture was installed at the foot of the most famous Hindu temple in Malaysia's Batu Caves area (Batu Caves). In its manufacturing it took 1 thousand. 550 cu. m. of concrete, 250 tonnes. steel beams and more than 300 liters. gold paint, specially imported from neighboring Thailand. On the creation of the sculpture for three years we worked 15 Indian sculptors, as well as 15 local artists and architects. Currently, the temple is visited daily by 800 people, a significant portion of this number were foreigners.   I can complement the description
