All Saints Church (also known as All Saints) was founded in 1807 to apply for this Admiral II de Traverse - Chief Commander of the Black Sea Fleet. The consecration of the church took place a year later. The funds for its construction were collected by "lower ranks" of the Black Sea department, Admiralty ministers, urban merchants, burghers and commoners.

The church is a one-storey building made of stone, cruciform in plan. Above its entrance is located the bell tower. The temple can accommodate up to 500 people. In the crypt of the church is the burial of M. Faleeva - city planner and founder of the shipyard Nikolaev. At the Old Cemetery, not far from the church is a crypt Karazin - founder of the Kharkov University.

In 1858, thanks to the merchant K. Sobolev, a nobleman I. Bartenev and chief commander of the Black Sea Fleet, Admiral N. Arkas temple was expanded and rebuilt. The territory of the church was surrounded by an iron fence, and near it was built a chapel, which has a deep cellar, which served as a morgue. All Saints Church is the only church of the city, which was not closed even after the establishment of Soviet power in Ukraine.

Near the temple is a family vault with Arkas buried him Admiral NA Arkas, General ZA Arkas, their wives, son of NA Arcas - composer and ethnographer NN Arkas. This also overthrown in 1936 and moved the vault Faleeva his ashes.

For two centuries the Church of All Saints is a place of solace for Nikolaev.
