Mukachevo "Honey House" refers to the sights "Transcarpathian honeymoon journey." This unique museum was opened honey beekeepers PERMUT family in 2010. The museum exhibition is a lively hive with glass walls, all kinds of tools beekeepers, original collection of toy bees and the sweet part of the exhibition - the honey samples from twenty-seven countries. This collection was transferred to the museum the head of the Department of Tourism of Uzhgorod National University Fedor Shandor. The present collection of honey from Israel, Liechtenstein, India, the Czech Republic and Australia. Visiting the "Honey House", you can taste four kinds of Carpathian honey and some honey drinks: mead and honey balm herb. Family organizer of the museum is engaged in beekeeping for many years.
Along with the different varieties of honey, and you can see many useful bee products: zabrus, propolis, royal jelly, bee bread, pollen, bee Podmore and even tincture, which consists of wax moth larvae. Roof "Honey House" is decorated with a huge (weight- 40 kg) bee made Uzhgorod master.
In the future, the museum organizers are planning to create a special area near the house with a small apiary.
