Moscow Drama Theatre under the direction of Armen Jigarkhanyan is on Lomonosov Avenue. The theater was founded in March 1996. The basis of the new theater troupe made up of graduate courses, which led Professor Armen Dzhigarkhanyan VGIK.

A new building with a hall for 500 seats theater received in November 2002. It is located in the picturesque district of Moscow - on the Sparrow Hills.
