Lusaka surprisingly rich in a variety of galleries showing work by local artists. Among the best of them - Visual Art Gallery of Henry Teyali near Shougraunds ("shows in the open air"), a few kilometers east of the center, Gallery Mpala halfway to the center, and the sculpture garden at the hotel Garden House, a few kilometers to the west from the center. Zinta Community Museum, located north-west of the center, is the traditional arts and crafts of the country.
