One of the architectural highlights of Kaliningrad is a pedestrian drawbridge across the river Pregolya, part of the complex "Fish Village". The opening of the bridge was dedicated to the 750th anniversary of the city in July 2005. The basis for the steel bridge support trёhprolёtnogo destroyed during the Second World War the Imperial Koenigsberg bridge (Kaiser-Brücke). The author of the project of the bridge was made by architect Alexander Bashin.

In close proximity to Jubilee Bridge is a river station, a sports and entertainment center, observation tower and historic buildings.
