Birobidzhan Regional Philharmonic - is the center of culture and art in the territory of the Jewish Autonomous Region. It is here implemented the most interesting creative projects, actively supported by the Department of Culture of the Generalitat. This establishment is located on the Avenue of the 60th anniversary of the USSR.

Regional Philharmonic was founded in 1977. At that time, participants of the troupe took a few small rooms in the local Palace of Culture.
  Philharmonic Hall was built in 1984. It is a magnificent temple of art with a concert hall, which implemented the most interesting creative projects.

Project architects led by Agafonov was implemented in 1984, thanks to the efforts of employees of the local construction trust "Birobidzhanstroy." Regional Philharmonic includes dressing rooms, offices and rehearsal rooms, a spacious concert hall for 700 seats, which is equipped with modern light, sound and video projection equipment.

Today, in the company of the Philharmonic employs 60 artists of different genres - instrumental, vocal, spoken. Also operates two teams: the vocal-instrumental trio, led by Vladlen Lagunova and "Jazz Quartet", working under the direction of Vyacheslav Karbusheva.

The creative team is actively working on educational projects. The main one is a musical lecture in which runs seven concerts a month. As for the musical-literary programs, they are designed for different ages.
