Belosarayskaya ornithological reserve was created relatively recently - in 1995. As the name implies, it is located on the eponymous Spit in the Azov Sea. Alluvial sand bar that stretches into the sea for fourteen kilometers, boasts unique climate and clean water, which attracts a large number of birds. This place has long been chosen by gulls and mallards, sandpipers, swans and other birds arriving for nesting. In addition, Belosarayskaya spit - it is also a landscape reserve of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, there is a lot of lakes, one of which particularly like swans. It is called - Swan.
