Chapel St. Dismas is in the Croatian capital, Zagreb. This small chapel dedicated to St. Dismas, who was one of the two thieves crucified with Jesus Christ. Dismas was crucified on the left of Jesus. It is known that during the execution turned to Christ, to repent of their sins. And Jesus said to him, "Today you will be with me in paradise!" Christians consider St. Dismas patron sentenced to death, as well as a model of complete repentance.

Chapel St. Dismas very small and beautiful. It is located on Kaptol, across the street from an elementary school Miroslav Krleza, at the intersection of Degenove, Kaptol and Nova Ves.

When it was decided to build a chapel, many Christians were opposed to perpetuate the name of the "questionable" saint, but by the decision of the archbishop chapel still was built, as he said, that Dismas - the only saint of whom the Gospel says that he just went to heaven.

The building of the chapel is painted in pale yellow and green onion dome crowned with a cross. On the facade of the chapel of St. Dismas you can see the image of three crosses: the cross of Jesus, the cross Dismas and Gestas the cross, which was the second day of the Crucifixion in the criminal par with Dimas, but did not repent of their sins.
