It is believed that an artificially created hill ordered to build Alexandrov Alexander Nevsky - a great Russian prince, in fact on the location of the Bald Mountain, he spent all of his happy childhood.

In the 13th century on the bald head Yarin was founded more Alexandrov monastery - also supported by the Grand Duke. This place has become a kind vacation home of Prince. In the 18th century the monastery stopped its activity, while his remains were discovered during the archaeological excavations described earlier and research.
