The least known urban gothic church of Saints Peter and Paul is, however, in the tourist area of Wroclaw, where there are thousands of tourists every day. Next to the church is the famous Tumski bridge and a baroque building of a former home for orphans of noble birth, which was previously called Orfanotrofeum. His church facade overlooks the street Cathedral, and the wall of his presbytery is adjacent to one of the buildings Orfanotrofeuma, whose premises currently occupied by the educational institution, the radio station called "The Family" and some church services. By the way, the church and the building of a former home for orphans were connected by a covered walkway in 1927.

In 1813 the church was turned into a hospital for French soldiers captive. Since that time, no one to monitor the safety of church utensils and sacred objects, it is not surprising that after the end of the Napoleonic wars, the church was in a deplorable state. He was again renovated in 1884. Then his face acquired the features of Gothic Revival.
In 1945, the fighting in Wroclaw suffered and Church of Saints Peter and Paul. He had completely destroyed the roof. Poles regained it in the year 1952-1953 and re-opened the church for the faithful.
Near the temple, you can see the sculptures depicting St. Peter. It was moved here from the Church of Our Lady on Pyaseke.
