The parish church of St. Martin - one of the architectural and religious sights of Vrsar. The construction of the temple lasted for a long time: between the date when the foundation was laid (1804), and the consecration of the completed building of the bishop of Porec Trifanov Pederzolli (1935) has been more than a hundred years.
Construction of the church lasted even during the French occupation of Istria (1805-1813 years). During the construction of the bell tower was planned, but was able to realize this idea only in 1991.
The church at its base has three naves, resting on four pillars. Next comes the presbytery with two arches. Both are decorated with paintings on religious themes, made by Antonio McKee in 1946. The first arch has become a real embodiment of the life of St. Fosca and St. Martin's, while the second mostly decorated with various flowers and trees, angels and sheep. In the center of the second arch is an image of Christ as the Lamb of God, which confirms the appropriate inscription in Latin.
In the left nave of the church of St. Martin is a font of marble. The interior of the church is also decorated with a statue of the Virgin Mary of the XIV century.
