A huge majestic building of the Palace of the Grand Master was built by the architect Girolamo Cassar in 1570-1580 years. Now here is the Office of the President of Malta and the Maltese Government.

The exhibition of the Armory Palace is more than six thousand exhibits: daggers, rapiers, halberds, pistols, rifles, guns and armor. In one of the halls are the figures of knights in armor, and armor, produced for the Grand Masters, are shown separately.

Ceremonial hall features a refined décor and luxury. Here you can also see many portraits of heads of state - kings and queens, emperors and empresses, as well as portraits of the Grand Masters of the Order. Inlaid floors recreate their coats of arms and paintings on the walls - the scene from the history of the Order and Malta. Conference Room decorated with ten Flemish and French tapestries XVI-XVII centuries with tropical scenes in South America, India and Africa.
