Dzhendemskie waterfalls are located in the Balkan Mountains, known in Bulgaria Stara Planina, in the territory of the Biosphere Reserve South Djendem.

The Biosphere Reserve South Djendem protected by the most remote places of the Balkan Mountains. Flows through inaccessible canyons in Southern Djendema White River and Bazovitsa form numerous waterfalls, the height of which sometimes reaches 80 meters. To get to the canyon can be barely noticeable on the trails, and for a complete transition requires serious climbing training. The best scenery in South Djendema can be seen in the central part of the reserve, separated from the rest of the country's deep abysses.

Home Dzhendemskoy Reserve is on a river on a flat meadow, situated between the mountain and Botev mountain range Satchel, there are several hiking trails converge. Below flows Derindere and several other streams.

Further along the route goes Haydushskie gorges, waterfalls and meadows Donovite. Further along the river you can see Dazhndemskoy waterfalls Troyatsite, Golem dzhendemski, Zmiyskite, wide, goat horn, and dozens of smaller waterfalls that do not have names. Further the river flows into the river Biala, which in turn flows into the river Praskalska stems from the waterfall and river Bazovitsa Rayskoto. Most of these names have been assigned to the objects during an expedition Korcheva Nicola, who studied this area in the early sixties of the 20th century.
