Photo: Arch and the Palace Gallery
Arch gallery was built in 303 by Emperor Galerius in honor of the victory over the Persians in 297 year. Arch is decorated with bas-reliefs depicting battle scenes.
Nearby is the Palace of the gallery, but its walls are not always survived even to the level of the first floor. Best of all, he has remained in its south-eastern part of the square Navarino. Its central element is the courtyard, which is surrounded by galleries, corridors and halls. In some places preserved mosaic floors. In the southwestern part of the palace was found Octagon (octagon). Its remains show that it was a magnificent building. The few remains of the city racecourse, which was with its eastern side survived.
