Chechen State Drama Theater Khanpashi Nuradilova - is not only one of the attractions of Grozny, but also the cultural heritage of the Chechen people.
Year of the creation of theater began in 1931 when the theater studio was formed. Two years later, the studio has been put on the graduation performance play "Red Fortress" S.Badueva, dedicated to the events of the civil war in Chechnya-Ingushetia. Later, the studio was transformed into the Chechen State Drama Theater, the first director of which was Chechen G.Batukaev. In 1938, at GITIS opening of the first Chechen-Ingush studio.
