Seaside Park in the city of Taganrog was laid on the site of a former quarry, which is located near a brick factory in the early 1960s. Place in the park area almost two centuries ago, it was chosen by the Emperor Alexander I, who suggested a park here for himself and his wife, who loved to walk on the very seashore. Despite the death of the king, who lived in the city for more than two months, all of its covenants performed strongly, and soon, on the cleared surface of the cape, a broad avenue was planted deciduous trees. Taganrog park was named in honor of the wife of Elizabethan king, but he was kept without any respect.

In Soviet times, the park began a new life. Officially, the Seaside Park was opened in 1966, since its appearance has not changed. Central Park road leads directly to the sea. It is lined with powerful green thuja. From the bulk of the shaft down the stairs down three: two side alleys lead to the green, and the center - to the beach.
