All Saints Church in Taganrog is located in the territory of the necropolis of XIX-XX Art. in the historic city. The temple was founded in 1810 In 1837, the church was rebuilt, and in that it has reached today. It is the only religious building town, preserved in its original form and not destroyed during the Soviet years.

By 1860, the church became dilapidated and was overhauled and expanded the project drawn up in the city of St. Petersburg. At the same time the church were added to the refectory and bell tower. All restoration work was carried out with funds donated by parishioners, under the leadership of local architect Firsov.
