The peculiar, and so strikingly different from the other buildings, has a view of the mansion, which formerly belonged to a railway engineer who built the Trans-Siberian railway, SN Tipping. The building was designed by a military engineer and architect, critic and theoretician Vladimir Apyshkovym. It was his first serious work. Great influence on the work of the project had AI von Gauguin, it can also be seen in a dynamic layout inside the building and in the definition of external geometry volumes.
