Marton Museum is located in the small town of Samobor (Croatia) and holds art collector Veljko Marton famous, he collected over forty years. The collection is divided into several sections. The collected items in the collection mainly date back to the XVIII and XIX centuries, combines them, and the territorial origin - all of them were created in Central and Western Europe.

Here are collected the crystal, silver, furniture, paintings, clocks, as well as a rare collection of European porcelain. Many of the exhibits of the collection have been exhibited in museums around the world, particularly in the Paris Museum of Sevres porcelain, the Liechtenstein Gallery in Vienna and the Museum Querini Stampalia in Venice.

Veljko Marton was able to assemble such an impressive collection due to the large number of contacts with the most famous collectors of the world, as well as the directors of the museums - all this gave him the opportunity to attend numerous exhibitions and acquiring artifacts for his collection.

Marton Museum is known as the young and ambitious institution that is constantly expanding its collection and attracting more visitors to their events. Currently, the museum is undergoing rapid creative development.
