Pskov temple of St. Nicholas or St. Nicholas phenomena from the bidding is the Orthodox Church of the Holy Trinity chapel. Located on the so-called New Trades that appears in Pskov in 1510, after joining the Moscow. It is believed that the church of St. Nicholas was founded in 1419, but the fate of the building is no information. According to historical records, the stone church building in its present form was built in 1676 by architect I. Baturlinym.

Simple architecture of the church was altered many times. Chapel and chancel were added later. The main church facades have a niche under the icon. Dimensions of the church with a belfry close to the square of the length - about 28 meters, width - 26 meters. The height to the top of the cornice is about 11 meters. On the west side on the facade of the church bell tower was built, which had five bells in 1693 and 1760. Bell 1760 weighed more than 400 kilograms.

St. Nicholas Church has a rich history. May 11, 1676 in the city there was a terrible fire, injuring many churches. In one of them, the Church Paraskeva, housed the miraculous image of St. Nicholas. The church could not be saved, but the image of Nicholas rescued and transferred to a new stone temple of St. Nicholas, in which staged a chapel Paraskeva, later renamed the Trinity. The very same church became known as the Trinity, St. Nicholas.
