The building of the Modern Art Gallery was built in the mid-twentieth century by the architect Edward Ravnikara. The features of the decor of the building are outstanding stone blocks on the facade of the Galleries, small decorative columns and windows in the middle of artificial stone framing around them.

Exposure Gallery of Modern Art presents many works of Slovenian and foreign artists of the twentieth century. It is widely represented the artist and sculptor Toni Krahl. Every two years there is an international Biennial of Graphic Arts.
