Young creative people are able to realize their product from the initial idea up to its realization using for their own purposes all the rich infrastructure of the center, including a recording studio and video studio.

The reconstruction was designed by a spacious hall, communications center, as well as exhibition and industrial premises. The entire reconstruction was done by architect Peter Riepla, who in 1998 was awarded for the project. Center was an example of the high quality of architecture, capable of creating an intriguing link between the old and the new. There was a large open area in front of the building area of 4,000 square meters. For interior decoration did not invite any designers or architects. It was an independent project "their own."
In the Cultural Center annually held from 6 to 8 solo and group exhibitions. The only annual exhibition is a musical exhibition - «Prix Ars Electronica», which demonstrates advances in digital music.
