Krasnodar Oceanarium is the largest oceanarium in the South of Russia. It was opened by Ocean Park in 2011 and built using the most modern technologies.

On an area of ​​3000 square meters. m. there are dozens of aquariums, home to thousands of fish and marine animals. There was installed one of the largest aquariums in the whole Russia, which amounts to 55 thousand liters. It is inhabited by marine predators, which can be seen through a large sight glass.

In general, the aquarium "Ocean Park" instead of more than 850,000 liters of water, which is continuously cleaned using powerful filters. The room is equipped with an innovative ventilation system and air conditioning. During the construction of the aquarium it has been used nearly 39 tons of high-strength glass with a mixture of acrylic.

Marine biologists say that the aquarium was able to collect a unique collection of fish and animals that inhabit not only the waters of Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia, but also lakes Kuban. There are a lot of sharks, piranhas, large crustaceans and other exotic fish. With the help of light, stereo sound and design to the organizers managed to convey a unique exotic atmosphere.

The aquarium conducted sightseeing tours, air cafe and offers a variety of entertainment. In the future, the aquarium will be used in educational purposes for students and schoolchildren, as a platform for lectures and conferences.
