One of the most romantic Mountains is Mount Olympos, Turkey, which is better known under the name Tahtalı. Mount Tahtali is a business card of Kemer. It is part of the mountain range of western Taurus. It is the highest peak of the Olympos National Park.

The park has a territory occupied by tens of thousands of hectares. The nature of the national park, fenced off a strong ridge of mainland Turkey, unique in its primitiveness. Mountain shrouded in many legends. In one of them tells that banished to Lycia hero Bellerophon killed Chimera - a monster with the head of a lion, the body of a goat and the tail of a snake with his dart and threw it into the Mount Olympos, and since then it breaks out the flames, 365 days a year. Of course, geologists have their own explanations on the matter, but it does not affect the fact of history, as it is this ancient mountain mentioned by Homer in the "Iliad."
