Central Park Kaliningrad is one of the most original monuments dedicated to outstanding personality - Baron Munchausen. The monument was installed in June 2005 on the initiative of the NGO "grandchildren Munchausen." Sculpture artistic blacksmiths George pet from Germany was a gift to the 750th anniversary of the city.
